Kitchen Doors, Worktops, Repairs and Fit-Only Projects in Boston
Not every job is a brand-new kitchen. Mark Cox Installations takes on a wide range of projects across Boston and South Holland, from replacing kitchen doors and worktops to repairing existing kitchens, fitting kitchens supplied by others, and installing kitchens in offices and workplaces. Every job gets the same care and precision, whatever its size.
Replacement Kitchen Doors
If your kitchen units are in good condition but the doors look tired or dated, replacing them is one of the most cost-effective ways to refresh the room. New doors and drawer fronts, along with updated handles, panels and plinths, can make a kitchen look almost new. Because we can supply bespoke doors, we're not limited to standard sizes, which helps when an older kitchen doesn't match today's measurements.
Replacement Worktops
New worktops change the look and feel of a kitchen straight away. We remove the old worktops, fit the new ones and finish joints, edges and cut-outs neatly so the result looks right with your existing units. Worktop and door changes can be done together for a bigger transformation with far less disruption than a full refit.
Kitchen Repairs
Day-to-day use takes its toll. We repair existing kitchens, including:
- Doors that have dropped, rub or won't close properly
- Worn or broken hinges and drawer runners
- Damaged or swollen panels, end panels and plinths
- Loose or damaged trims and fillers
Small problems are usually quicker and cheaper to fix early, before they cause more wear.
Fit-Only Kitchen Installation
Over the years, Mark has carried out fit-only contracts in many new build and domestic properties. We're happy to fit kitchens supplied by others for homeowners too.
Before you buy, though, Mark always suggests getting a supply and fit price from us to compare with high street suppliers. They aren't always the cheapest option, and they won't do bespoke units and doors, which, in Mark's experience, are the touches that make a room truly fitted. See our kitchens page for more on supply and fit.
Workplace Kitchens
As well as homes, we fit kitchens in workplaces, including offices and warehouses. We understand that a staff kitchen still needs to be practical, hard-wearing and finished properly, and that work needs to be planned around the business.
Other Bespoke Projects
If you've got something in mind that doesn't fit neatly into a category, ask us. From a run of shelving to fitted furniture for an awkward space, our joinery background means we can usually find a way to make it work. See our bespoke furniture page for more ideas.
